Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“we”) for using ArchShare. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them with our privacy policy.

1. A service in beta

ArchShare is in beta. It is free while in beta, and features, limits and storage may change as we improve it. We will tell you before a change that affects what you store, and give you time to download your files if anything would remove them.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in safe — you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at axymoreshiya@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

3. Your files stay yours

You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and deliver it as you direct — for example to make previews or to send it to the people you share it with. We do not use your files for any other purpose.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use ArchShare to:

  • store or share anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
  • share malware, or anything meant to harm devices or data;
  • harass, deceive or spam people, including through share and request links;
  • break, overload or probe the service, or reach data that is not yours.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

5. Sharing is your decision

When you share a file, anyone holding the link can open it unless you restrict it. You are responsible for whom you share with and for having the right to share it. End-to-end encrypted files cannot be recovered by us if the key or passphrase is lost.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your files are deleted with it, and you can ask us to erase any remaining data. We may close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where we can give it.

7. Warranties and liability

We work hard to keep ArchShare available and your files safe, but the service is provided “as is”, especially while in beta, and you should keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], and disputes go to the [COURTS OF CITY, COUNTRY].

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you by email before an important change takes effect. Questions: axymoreshiya@gmail.com.
